Certain suppliers interested in doing business with Agua Caliente Casinos will be required to obtain a license from the Agua Caliente Gaming Commission. The type of license will be determined based on the nature of your business and/or the amount of business we anticipate transacting with you.
License Types
1. Gaming Resource Supplier
All Gaming related vendors that provide any products or services that are directly related to gaming operations and for any amount of business. It may include:
Equipment
Gambling Devices
Playing Cards
Dice
Maintenance or Security Equipment
Gaming Consulting Services
Furniture designed primarily for gaming activities
2. One Time Use
A person or entity engaged in a one-time or emergency transaction with the Gaming Operation involving Gaming Resources that have a value of less than twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) annually. No licensing fee.
